How much do you need?
A single 4K interview is roughly 30 GB an hour. Pick the plan that holds the work you actually keep online — archive the rest to Pro Transfer App on your machine.
Storage is pooled across your workspace, not per-seat. A Team plan with 1 TB shared between 10 producers is plenty for most live productions; an Enterprise plan removes the ceiling for archive-heavy shops.
Tip: Files moved to Vault 88 are stored — not duplicated. They count against your plan's storage once, regardless of how many recipients you share with. Outbound shares use streaming reads, so a 12-recipient share doesn't cost 12× storage.

We measure across all projects, briefs, contracts, and Vault 88 shares pooled together, not per-seat. If your team's 1 TB plan has a single 200 GB project and the rest is stills, you're using 200 GB.

Yes. Pro Transfer App — the encrypted desktop transfer companion for macOS and Windows — ships free with every Mix-IP plan, including Free. Resumable terabyte uploads, parallel multipart, and bandwidth throttling are not gated. Treat it as part of the platform, not an upgrade.

Yes — Free plans include Vault 88 with up to 5 recipients per share and a basic visible watermark. Pro raises that to 25 recipients with the forensic 8-character per-recipient code. Team unlocks investigation lookup and the agent inbox API. Enterprise adds custom retention windows and per-tenant encryption keys.

You can downgrade or cancel from billing settings at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid features until then. Cancellation stops future charges immediately and the workspace converts to Free at the end of the period.
If you downgrade past your storage allocation, the workspace becomes read-only on uploads (existing files stay accessible) until you free up space or upgrade again. We don't delete content automatically.
Your data stays exactly where it is. Cancelling drops you to the Free tier (5 GB, 1 seat, 3 projects). Anything over the Free limits remains visible and downloadable for 90 days — long enough to export with Pro Transfer App or move to another platform — and is then archived to cold storage for an additional 90 days before deletion.

Annual plans get a prorated credit if you reduce seat count mid-cycle — applied to your next renewal. Monthly plans don't refund mid-month, but the seat reduction takes effect at the next billing date with no further charge for the removed seat.
Adding seats is always prorated to the day on both monthly and annual plans.
Enterprise is priced on three axes: seats (custom volume tier), storage and egress (we cap egress to your CDN bill, no upcharge), and integrations (custom marketplace, SSO+SCIM, audit exports, per-tenant encryption keys for Vault 88, dedicated success manager). Base packages start in the four-figures-per-month range; complex licensing or rights-heavy workflows scale higher.

Yes. Pro and above let creators choose Wise or Stripe per payout — whichever lands fastest in their region with the lowest FX spread. Team unlocks multi-provider routing where the platform auto-picks the cheapest rail per transaction. Enterprise adds custom payment integrations (your own Stripe account, your own bank rails, or third-party providers like Mercury or Tipalti).

We bill subscriptions in USD, EUR, and GBP. Payouts to creators support 40+ currencies via Wise; Stripe payouts cover the standard Stripe-supported set. The currency a creator gets paid in is independent of how the studio is billed — a US studio paying a Berlin DP can settle in EUR with no conversion overhead.
Enterprise can negotiate custom invoicing currencies and PO-based billing.
The 14-day Pro and Team trials don't require a credit card — you don't pay a cent until you actively subscribe. After that, we offer a 30-day money-back window on annual plans (full refund, no questions asked). Monthly plans aren't refundable mid-cycle; cancel and you'll just stop being charged at the next billing date.
